What you need to know

Where is the venue?

Scale Spain, will take place in Marbella at the Andalucia Lab between February 21 and 22, 2024.

When is the set up?

Setup has to be completed on February 20th between 3PM and 5PM

When is the take down?

Take down has to be completed on February 22nd before 7PM. All materials need to be collected and removed from the venue on the same day.

Where can we find info regarding the booth area?

All the info regarding the booth area, exhibitor slot size, backdrop, and banner policies, is available in the Partners Instructions Document that you will find here on this page.

Can we get additional team passes?

Partners may purchase additional team passes. Additional passes are strictly subject to availability.

Is it possible to ship conference materials to the venue prior the show?

Where do we collect our team passes?

You don’t need to print or ask for your team passes in advance!

Team passes are ready for you on the day of the conference, at your booth. 

If one or more members of your team are participating as speakers, their badges will also be provided the same way.

If there is any last-minute change in the number or the name of the team members joining Scale Spain, please make sure to let us know as soon as possible, as it is totally forbidden to access the conference area without a valid badge.
